Why should I hire a cleaner?

Time is precious, wouldn't you rather spend it with your loved ones, relaxing or just doing something else?  Not only do you get a professionally cleaned home or business, but your schedule is now free to spend time on the things you enjoy.

Should I feel guilty about hiring a cleaner?

Definitely not! In this busy, fast-paced world, free time is a precious commodity. We work hard at achieving our goals, you don't have to burn yourself out doing it all! 

 

Raising a family, building a career, a business or whatever else you are passionate and committed to makes life worth living. Outsourcing some of the tasks you need completed in order to achieve your goals is a healthy choice. Dont burn yourself out trying to do too much.

Can the cleaner come out and quote?

We can give you a quote over the phone after discussing your needs. The team will take into account the size of your home and the regular duties you would like your cleaner to perform. If you find some tasks are not needed just let us know! We can adjust your service to suit your needs and budget.

What can I expect after booking a cleaning service?

Having a stranger in your home can be daunting. The good news is Dustycorns cleaning staff are friendly and dependable. We are here to help! They will show up on the day of service, access your property as arranged with you, get the job done and lock up when they leave.

Can I give the cleaner a key?

Yes, you are welcome to give the cleaner a key. Dustycorns Cleaning staff have all been appropriately checked and vetted during the employment process. Alternatively you can purchase a keysafe very cheaply and give your cleaner the code. This means your key never leaves the property and is secure at all times, this is our preferred option.

Can my pet stay inside during cleaning?

We want your pets to feel as comfortable at home during your service as you. If your furbaby might be distressed by a cleaner doing their job then please discuss when booking the appropriate course of action. The team is more than happy to work with them inside provided this does not cause them distress.

Will I have the same cleaner?

Yes! We always aim to keep the same teams on the same jobs. Sometimes this is unavoidable due to illness or staff leave.

How do I pay for the service?

By bank transfer at the end of each service. You will be invoiced at the end of your service, payment is due on the day unless arranged prior to booking.

Are cleaners covered for Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, Dustycorns Cleaning covers its staff with public liability and workers comp insurance.

What if I need to change my scheduled cleaning?

Please contact the office ASAP on 0422094925. 

24hrs notice is appreciated, cancellation at the door could result in a fee.

Do cleaners have WWCC and Police checks?

Dustycorns Cleaning staff have police checks and WWCC.

What can your cleaners clean?

This will vary depending on the service you book. A standard service includes all standard internal cleaning. Exit cleans and anything out of the ordinary such as ovens please contact the office so we can ensure the staff arrive with the appropriate supplies to help!

What happens if my cleaner misses something?

These things happen, your cleaner is human! Please contact the office, we pride ourselves on excellent service and aim to have the missed task redone within 48hrs.
